Billing

Refund Policy

This policy explains subscription cancellation and how billing or refund requests are handled for DealScreener Pro.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a paid DealScreener subscription through the payment or subscription-management method made available at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period unless the payment provider or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a billing problem, contact us as soon as possible and include the purchase email and receipt or transaction reference. Never send your full payment-card number.

How refunds are handled

Payments may be processed by Gumroad or another third-party payment provider. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and may take additional time to appear depending on the provider and financial institution.

When a refund may not be available

Except where required by applicable law, refunds may be declined for periods in which substantial paid-service usage has already occurred, for repeated or abusive refund requests, or where the request relates to a renewal that was not cancelled before its renewal date. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Service issues

If a material technical problem prevented you from using a paid feature, contact us with a description of the issue. We may ask for reasonable diagnostic information so we can investigate.

Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge, contact us or the payment provider first where practical. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction where permitted by law.

Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes to plans, payment providers, or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of the relevant purchase will be considered together with any mandatory rights provided by law.
